Shipping and Collections
We ship items countrywide within 3-5 Working days.
We also provide local collections and you can also send your own courier.
Prior to local collections or own courier collections, please wait for confirmation from us that order is ready before collecting.
terms and conditions on refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email anneke@awoddsandsods.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase / the return RMA Number, and courier your return to the following address:

Upon receipt of item and after inspection a refund as agreed will be done. Return courier costs are for the customers account, in instances where the refund/return of items are due to a mistake on part of AWOS, we will carry all courier costs.
